Guide for Visitors

Before visiting the Library, please search the materials you want to read using OPAC.

Location	"Info and Lang": Library of Informatics and Languages holds the book.
Status	"checked out": It is checked out. "in laboratory": It is using in laboratory. If you wish to use it, please contact us in advance. In the case of Journals, the volumes of Journal that described "研究室配架" on "Note1" of "Collective Holdings Listing" are in laboratory.

Please fill in the application form at the service desk.
When you want photocopy or receive some services, please bring ID card (student identification card, licence ... etc.).

You can browse the materials in the library. If you would like to use the microform materials in closed shelves, a librarian bring them to you from 9:00 to 16:30.
It takes some days to use the materials in the personal laboratory. Some materials might not be able to used.
Some materials (master's thesis etc.) are limited to browse by visitors.
Visitors can use the equipment to view our audiovisual and microform materials in the library. However, in busy time, it might be limited to use.

Visitors cannot borrow the materials in the library.
Please use Inter-Library Loan services by your university's library or public library.

There is no copy machine for visitors.
You can take materials out of the library temporarily.
To bring out, show your ID card (student identification card, licence ... etc.).
